Minimise 2004
Donohoe makes his return to the Minimise label following the massive "Hail Holy Light" and really knocks one out of the park for all you minimal electronic house fans. The lead cut is a hypnotic builder with subtle acid bassline elements, old school synth bleeps and deep tweaky riffs. Donohoe keeps his percussion crisp and pumping at all times on this one. The other side is a deeper, more dreamy affair with an almost Bedrock-like feel to it, with clean and detailed production; and bubbling acid elements fit perfectly into the arrangement. Pure class!!
Joy Ryder Records
Another gem from Minimise but this ones not so minimal. Firing acid tech house with vocal snippets and bleepy synths. Class production as always.
3 Beat Records
Slick production and subtle acid lines on this latest release from Minimise. Bags of squelch, mind!
Covert Records
Dark, pulsating electronic techno here from Minimise that conjures up images of one of those plastic lined after hours parties in some forgotten Detroit basement on Halloween night. Hauntingly beautiful.
The Internet
Latest Minimise release, featuring slick, bass heavy tech production and some wicked squelchy acid bass lines.
